Overtime Pay Calculation

Wages paid at legally-mandated premium rates for overtime, late-night, and holiday work.

【Premium rates】

· Overtime (up to 60 hrs/month): 25% above base

· Overtime (over 60 hrs/month): 50% above base

· Late night (10pm–5am): 25% above base

· Statutory holiday: 35% above base

· Overtime + late night: 50% above base

· Holiday + late night: 60% above base

【Formula】

Hourly wage × premium rate × hours

Hourly wage = monthly salary ÷ average scheduled hours/month
