Flextime System
A work schedule system where employees choose their own start/end times, as long as total hours in the settlement period are met.
In a flextime system, the company sets total required working hours for a "settlement period" (up to 3 months). Within that, employees freely set their daily start and end times.
Required settings: settlement period, total required hours, core hours (optional), flexible time window.
