Can't sign in to the Applicant MyPage — complete guide
A checklist for every reason you might not be able to sign in to the applicant MyPage.
The applicant MyPage uses passwordless "magic link" sign-in. Enter the email address you applied with and a sign-in link is emailed to you.
Check first:
- Are you using the exact address you applied with?
- Check spam/promotions/trash folders.
- Delivery can take a few minutes; wait ~5 minutes before resending.
By symptom: no email → #RECRUIT-301 / expired link → #RECRUIT-302 / already used → #RECRUIT-303 / no applications shown → #RECRUIT-304 / carrier mail → #RECRUIT-305 / too many requests → #RECRUIT-306.
